Nutrition Workshop: The Westwood Literacy Center is continuing a series of nutrition workshops that are designed for everyone to add to their health literacy.  The next session, “Nutrition Goals for a New Year” is on Saturday, January 7.  Emily Hazel, a registered dietitian, is conducting the three workshop series on the first Saturday of the month from 9:30-10:30. The last one, “Easy Meal Planning” will be on February 4.  You can come to one or both of the remaining workshops even if you didn’t get to the first one.  Sign up in the church foyer.
